These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl365 ("jl365," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jl365 website located at https://jl365.org and all associated services, games, and features offered through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

jl365 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an existing account if, in our reasonable judgment, a player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out above. Such decisions are final and binding.

To access real-money gaming features on jl365, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to maintain only one active jl365 account. All financial transactions on jl365 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jl365 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jl365's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jl365 account balance upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. jl365 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. jl365 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one to five business days. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where KYC documentation is incomplete, where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, or where the account is under investigation.

Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to accounts in your own name. jl365 reserves the right to return funds to their source and suspend accounts where third-party payment activity is detected.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as any applicable daily or monthly transaction limits, are displayed within your jl365 account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions.

jl365 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Bonus Abuse: jl365 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct that jl365 reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit the bonus system in bad faith.

Return to Player (RTP): The theoretical Return to Player percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is based on long-term statistical averages across a large number of game rounds. RTP figures do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results do not predict future results on any jl365 game.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the jl365 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jl365 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
